Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free. Smaller items typically leave our workshop partners within 2–4 business days and arrive within a week depending on your location. Furniture and larger pieces ship via white-glove courier — this includes room-of-choice delivery and typically takes 2–3 weeks from order date. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Because of delivery costs, furniture returns are handled case-by-case — contact us and we'll walk you through it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Starting a return
Look up your order, then contact us with the order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions within one business day.
